Made-to-Order Service Terms & Conditions
Our Made-to-Order Service allows customers to purchase selected furniture pieces that are not currently available from UK stock or on an incoming shipment.
By placing a Made-to-Order request with Kirei Home, you agree to the following terms.
1. Made-to-Order Furniture
Made-to-Order furniture is handcrafted specifically following a customer's order and is not held in stock by Kirei Home at the time of purchase.
Only furniture products displaying a Made-to-Order status on our website are eligible for this service.
2. Availability
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil all Made-to-Order requests, orders remain subject to confirmation.
In rare circumstances, a particular design may no longer be available through our artisan network. Should this occur, any payment made will be refunded in full.
3. Pricing & Discount
Customers ordering through the Made-to-Order Service will receive a 20% discount from the standard retail price displayed on our website at the time of enquiry.
The discount applies only to qualifying Made-to-Order furniture products and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount code or sale pricing unless otherwise stated.
4. Lead Times
Made-to-Order furniture is handcrafted and imported specifically for each order.
Estimated lead times are typically between 3 and 4 months from the date of order confirmation.
Lead times are provided as estimates only and may occasionally vary due to production schedules, shipping delays, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Natural Materials & Handcrafted Furniture
Our furniture is handcrafted using sustainably sourced mango wood and traditional production techniques.
As a result, natural variations in grain, colour, texture, finish and detailing should be expected and are considered part of the character and individuality of each piece.
No two items will be identical.
6. Order Confirmation & Payment
Once your enquiry has been reviewed, a member of the Kirei Home team will contact you to confirm availability and arrange payment.
Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
7. Cancellations & Returns
We want customers to feel completely confident when using our Made-to-Order Service.
Customers may cancel their Made-to-Order purchase at any time prior to delivery by contacting our team.
In the event of cancellation, a full refund of any monies paid will be issued.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

8. Delivery
Delivery is included within mainland UK unless otherwise stated.
Additional delivery charges may apply for certain locations, including remote areas, islands and international destinations.
